South West Nigeria Commission Named

HC Officers Urged to Expand Base

New High Commission for Mboho Mkparawa Ibibio South West Nigeria/West Africa

Akparawa Victor U. Inyang has been appointed the new High Commissioner, South West Nigeria and West Africa. Together with his team Akparawa Inyang has been tasked by the International President          Akparawa Monday Jimmy Etokakpan, JP to roll up their sleeves for the serious task of taking advantage of      the teeming population of Ibibio sons and daughter of high net worth in public and private sectors in the region. They have been urged to pool together the patriotic elements among them and get them to sign up membership and partnership in the noble task of building the Ibibio race of our dream for ourselves and particularly for    generations coming after us.

Akparawa Victor Inyang has previously left impressive service records as Chapter Chairman, Eket and    Deputy High Commissioner, South West Nigeria of the organization.

All appointments take immediate effect. The President while announcing the dissolution of the former Commission thanked Engr Udoekong , who has since moved up to serve in the International Executive      Council as the Public Relations Officer, for his team’s commitment and dedication which saw to positive steps towards commencement of physical development of the permanent secretariat of Mboho            Mkparawa Ibibio, Lagos Chapter. He urged the new commission to work hard to establish more chapters in the region and to team up with the chapter leadership to ensure delivery on Mboho’s promises as      they pertain to the South West of Nigeria.

Members in response thanked their leader of the organization and pledged their unalloyed support       towards achievement of Mboho’s lofty goals as enunciated by him. They promised to donate six high    end desktop computers to the Mboho Unity Schools to boost her collection of instructional materials      especially now that the Senior Secondary School has been approved by WAEC and NECO as Examination Centres.

The computer donation was a practical response to complement a joyous announcement by the               International President that the Chairman of London Chapter, Akparawa-anwan Aniefonama Jacob had recently donated tons of books in sciences and mathematics for the Unity Schools’ libraries.
