2	Traditional Marriage of Akparawa-anwan Imo Michael, member Nsit Ubium Chapter.	Saturday 21st March 2015. Departure time – 1pm.	College of Education Afaha Nsit, Nsit Ibom LGA.	All Chapters Dressing code Formal.
3	Remembrance thanksgiving Service of the Parents of Akparawa Emmanuel Akang, member Ikono Chapter.	Sunday 29th March 2015. Departure time – 8 am.	Methodist Church Asanting, Ikono LGA.	All Chapters Dressing code: Informal.
4	1st General Assembly of Mboho Mkparawa Ibibio.	Saturday 13th June 2015. Time- 11 am.	Mboho Mkparawa Ibibio Int’l Secretariat Udo Udoma House, Udo Udoma Avenue, Uyo.	Compulsory for all members/intending members. Dressing code formal.

 

 

NOTES:

i      The final approval of all the outings concerning members will be given by the International president based on payment of all approved levies by the affected Chapters/members

ii     All Chapter Chairmen must liaise with the Director of protocol to ensure that all outings with the International President in attendance must be treated as important, in area of their jurisdiction.

Iii    Chapter chairmen/ Secretaries should endavour to pick up the outing schedule at the General office of Mboho Mkparawa Ibibio International Secretariat, Uyo.

iv     Chapter Chairmen are to pick-up/obtain outing form from the Secretariat , fill and return same to the general office for clearance for onward transmission to the National Executive Council Monthly meeting.
