Mboho Mkparawa Ibibio Congratulates Nsima Ekere on His NDDC MD Nomination

The leadership of Mboho Mkparawa Ibibio has sent a congratulatory message to Obong Nsima Udo Ekere on his recent nomination by President Muhamadu Buhari as Managing Director of the interventionist commission the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC).

Readers would recall that twice this year Mboho Mkparawa Ibibio had gone public with copies of their representations to the Presidency, (in the National Newspapers and other media), calling on the President to promptly redress the injustice of swapping an Akwa Ibom indigene with a non-Akwa Ibom person in the top NDDC position before the expiration of our due tenure.

Mboho Mkparawa Ibibio receives this development as a welcome response to her call and a soothing relief for once to the perennial short-changing of our dear State.

In the letter addressed to Obong Nsima Ekere as Managing Director Designate and signed by the International President and the Secretary General, Mboho wishes Obong Ekere success in the role when he is eventually sworn in.
