FROM THE BENCH IT IS DO AS I DO NOT DO AS I SAY

The MMI Bench in Her Glory: Ikpong Essien-Udom, Amah T. Amah, Udo Sam Umoatan, Okon Imerh and Sylvester Akpan, PhD at the Service
For those who are wondering what might be MMI’s secret of longevity in contrast with other similar organizations in the country the photograph here tells the story. And it is an open secret. Mboho Mkparawa Ibibio enjoys the benefit of experience and continuity. The Bench is an elite group and corps of all the past presidents and the 12 founding members of MMI committed to supporting her materially and morally, offering pieces of advice and sharing their rich experiences to ensure that an incumbent leadership does not falter and stays focused on the course of selfless service rather than self-seeking and personal aggrandizement. The Elders of Mboho here seated in the church lead from the front. They lead by examples and their mantra is “Do as I Do”
They inspire the younger generation of members with exemplary conduct from right dress code to punctuality and regularity in outings of Mboho and what is more, they donate cash and materials whenever needed.
